Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once delivered to your account. Credits do not expire and can be used for future eligible FaceSearch searches.

2. Completed Searches

A search is considered completed when the search process finishes, even if it returns no matches. Completed searches consume credits and are not refundable because processing and third-party search costs have already been incurred.

3. Technical Failures

If a search cannot be completed because of a confirmed FaceSearch technical failure, the relevant credits will be automatically restored or manually credited after support review.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel a PRO subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Partial-period subscription refunds are not provided unless required by law or approved by support for a verified billing issue.

5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or did not authorize a payment, contact [email protected] with the payment date, amount, account email, and payment reference. We will review payment records and respond with the available resolution.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on-chain and credited. Refunds for crypto payments may be limited by network fees, exchange-rate movement, provider constraints, and compliance review.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Opening a payment dispute may pause account access while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact support first so we can investigate duplicate charges, failed credit delivery, or subscription issues directly.
