2. Image Retention
The privacy of your images is paramount. Images uploaded for search purposes are stored temporarily in a secure, encrypted environment. All uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after the search process is completed.
3. Face Data Storage
FaceSearch does not create or store permanent biometric templates, face prints, or any identifiable face data. The facial recognition process is transient and used only to perform the requested search against publicly available internet data.
4. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our operations. Search processing is powered by the FaceCheck.id API. All financial transactions are handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card or full payment information on our servers.
5. User Rights
You maintain full control over your data. You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request the deletion of your account and associated data, or export your search history. These actions can be performed directly within your account settings.
